With nearly eighteen years of history and expertise in arranging tickets and hotel accommodation to football events, we have quickly established ourselves as a firm favourite with customers and as one of the World’s leading football event specialists.
We became one of the first online football ticket specialists to offer a complete online booking and payment system that allows our customers to complete their purchase online in one visit. Each year we continue to pour considerable funds and resources into the development of our website to ensure our customers have the best services and buying experience at their fingertips.
Football Encounters was founded in 2002 focusing purely on Football tickets and holidays. Building on the experience gained in our first 9 years of trading, we launched a new website in 2009 under the name of ‘tickazilla.com’ to promote additional sporting and cultural events. Recently, we have released a new look website that features a comprehensive online booking system for discounted hotels across the World.

5. Our event tickets and hotels
All event tickets and hotels advertised on our website are 100% guaranteed. You can rest assured after making a purchase from us and receiving your order confirmation email that everything else will be handled by us. Event tickets will be supplied to you in accordance with the delivery instructions provided at the time of your booking. Hotel bookings have immediate confirmation and your rooms will be available when you arrive at your destination (subject to the hotels standard check-in time).
To help our customers research the suitability of their hotel, hotels feature independent travelers reviews from our official travel partner, TripAdvisor! We also provide locations of each hotel via Google Maps.
We offer the flexibility to cater for all types of bookings. Customers may book hotel or event tickets seperately, or a combination of both.
6. Peace of mind

7. Financial security
Any money that customers pay to us is held in a trustee account until the contract has been fully performed, which ensures that your full payment is protected and refunded to you in the unlikely event of our insolvency. This provision is in accordance with ‘The Package Travel Regulations’ set by the Department of Trade and Industry in the United Kingdom.
Also, if customers pay for their booking via credit card, they will be protected by their credit card company in the unlikely event of our insolvency.
